1. Essential website preferences
The website stores a regional privacy setting for approximately 30 days and your analytics choice for up to 12 months. These preferences allow the website to remember whether an analytics notice is required and whether you accepted or rejected analytics.
2. Google Analytics
Google Analytics helps us measure visits, traffic sources, popular product pages and inquiry conversions. It may use identifiers such as the _ga cookie when analytics is enabled.
3. Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity helps us understand clicks, scrolling and navigation patterns. Inquiry form fields are masked so their content is not included in recordings.
4. First-party visit analytics
When analytics is allowed, the website sends a page-view record to our server. The record may include IP address, approximate location, page, referring website, browser, operating system and device category. A first-party visitor identifier is stored for up to 30 days to estimate unique visitors. Marketing attribution may include UTM parameters and Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) when supplied in the landing URL. We also count clicks on WhatsApp and sales email links and record their page and placement, but not the content of any message. Anonymous visitor and session identifiers may connect a visit or contact click with a successfully submitted inquiry; the analytics record excludes the visitor's name and email address. Visit, funnel and inquiry-attribution records are normally deleted after 90 days.
5. Regional consent behavior
Visitors identified as being in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland are asked to accept or reject analytics before first-party server analytics, Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity is enabled. Other visitors may receive analytics by default. Location is determined from the country information supplied by our hosting platform.
6. Change your preference
