2. Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we may receive your name, business email, country or region, company and product requirements, together with any information you choose to add to your message.
3. Website and analytics information
Depending on your location and cookie choice, we may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand page visits, device and browser information, approximate location, clicks and scrolling. Form fields are explicitly masked from Clarity recordings.
When analytics is permitted, our first-party server analytics may also record the visit time, IP address, country or region, city, page path, referring website, browser, operating system and device category. This may also include clicks on WhatsApp and sales email links, including the page and link placement. Anonymous visitor and session identifiers may be used to relate these interactions to a successfully submitted inquiry; the analytics dashboard does not store the visitor's name or email address. We do not read or store the content of messages sent through those services. This information is used only for website measurement, security and content improvement. It is not displayed on the public website.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy documentation.
6. Retention and protection
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for quotation, follow-up, record keeping and applicable business obligations. First-party visit records are normally deleted after 90 days and are available only through the password-protected internal dashboard. Other analytics retention follows the settings of the relevant platform. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.
